We hire either on a full-time or part-time basis. Staff members are grouped into two categories: Office staff and Field staff.
For Office staff
If you have a university degree, that's wonderful to hear, because it will definitely give you the edge for success at work. Also, a tourism-related working experience will be helpful although it is not required.
Here are the lists of tourism and non-tourism degrees that may help you in applying to Roadstour.
Tourism-related degrees: Tourism management, Tour guiding, Cultural-tourism Management, Hotel and Tourism Management
Non-tourism degrees: Foreign language studies, Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, Marketing & PR, Sales, IT, Office Administration
For Field Staff
If you want to apply, you must have experience working in the field that you are applying for. Other relevant experiences are accepted.
Some of our field staff members are boat crew members, tour guides and drivers.
Our tour guides normally have a degree related to tourism. Furthermore, they can be bilingual (Vietnamese, English) or multilingual.
Our boat crew members and drivers are high school graduates, good English speakers, reliable and well-experienced. Moreover, our drivers have a license to drive.
